A dynamic virtual desktop planetarium which tracks the heavens
Aciqra is an open source desktop planetarium which simulates the sky as seen from anywhere on the planet with tracking capability for 120,000 stars, all 8 planets, a custom list of comets, the sun and moon, deep sky objects and the 88 constellations.
Aciqra is a great, useful and entertaining home planetarium.
By default, it also comes with several widgets including a planetary data grapher, eclipse predicter, solar system overview as well as a planetary location list.
